Shaktiman's left leg Amputed and the artificial leg has implanted

Dehradun- Brave hose of Uttarakhand police Shaktiman was wonded few day's before by a MLA of BJP Ganesh Joshi and few other person's act. Police said that the above said MLA has charge bamboo stick on the leg of Shaktiman. Theree fore his leg was fractured and  after that the Doctors amputed his leg yesterday. Police has arrested MLA joshi. But there is a question of cruality of animal. Here in India there are less amount of penolty Rupees 50 for such type of crime
