Effectless Collector's command, two wheeler Drivers are getting Petrol on Petrol pumps
Raipur- Collector of Raipur Ram Singh Thakur has orderd yesterday that without helmet any tow wheel driver will not get petrol. But on Monday in Raipur city his order was founded effectless on Petrol pumps. A huge crowed of people was getting petrol on Petrol pumps.
